My name is Cameron Bradford, I founded PC-FIX in 2005 and I live in Alabama. I have a lot of hobbies, but computers is by far my passion. I do enjoy running - I have run in 8 half marathons and several 5k's and 10k's. I have 2 brothers one younger and one older who has joined the Air Force. A lot of people ask me how I managed to learn so much about computers, being so young. I tell them it's easy, because when you love something it just comes naturally. After spending a year or two helping people for free and gaining specific experience, I wanted to create a website so I could reach more people and gain even more detailed experience. My goal in PC-FIX is to offer people reliable PC services! I know a lot of times you go to a site for help and are charged money for services that you're not even sure you need and sometimes doesn't even fix your problem. I guarantee that when you tell me your issue I'll tell you within seconds if I can fix your problem or not. With PC-Fix you'll get honesty as well as reliable service. I've heard a lot of stories about people ripping people off on computers and I don't believe in someone paying a fortune just to have spyware removed; all you're really paying me for is my time - the work is easy for me -and I won't rip you off!


I don't like waiting in lines, and I'm not going to treat you like you're stupid. I'm going to treat you with respect - the way everyone deserves to be treated. I can't stand it when I call a hot line and they are unable to speak enough English for me to understand what they are attempting to say. It seems the only words they know how to say are, "Yes sir," and "Yes Ma'am," without any idea of how to get the job done -a warm body with no brain is NOT what PC-FIX is about. Here you will work with Cam, so if something comes up and we have to end our session early and pick up the work the next day you don't have to retell you're story over again, not knowing if the next person will understand the problem or not. I am in the US, I speak fluent English, I'm young, and I'm not all about the money - I really love working with computers and helping people with their computer issues -that's what makes me happy. I love working and I charge a fair price for my time and experience. I love learning new things and hearing your opinions. I work with a lot of older people who are very wise, I really enjoy learning their story and hearing about their lives. I enjoy getting to know all my customers, and I always do everything I can to get the job done quickly and completely.
