The following terms of service apply to the use of and services provided
from PC-FIX. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the
user/customer utilizing our services or to browse our website. The
terms "we," "us", "our" and "website" refer to PC-FIX.

I agree that work is being undertaken on my computer by to the best of their ability. I will not hold responsible for any damage to the computer or for any data loss that may happen during the repair process.
The "Terms of Service" under which you may use website and any goods,
services or information we may provide on the website, in person or
on the telephone. Please read this page carefully. If you do not
accept the Terms of Service as stated here, do not use this Website
or purchase the goods and / or services set forth on the website. By
using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound
by these Terms of Service.
PC-FIX.US may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page.
You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms of
Service, because they are binding on you. If at any time you find
the Agreement unacceptable, you should no longer use the website,
services and / or products. The terms "you" and "user" as used
herein refer to all individuals and / or the entities they represent
(jointly and severally) accessing this Website for any reason.
Disclaimer of warranty for PC-FIX Website
We provide our website, its contents and services on an "AS IS" basis
and make no warranty or representation regarding any product or
service's provided, either express or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless
otherwise stated herein.
Errors on and Changes to our website
Despite all efforts to ensure that the information on our website is
accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when
information about a service contains inaccurate or incomplete data,
including data about the service's price or availability. We make no
warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is

changes, including pricing, and to correct errors and / or update

reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error
or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether
or not the order has been confirmed or payment received. If your
order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will
issue a full refund to the original pay type.

In no event may PC-FIX, its owner, respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives or agents be liable for special,
incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special
damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or
profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence,
or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the
possibility of any such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Alabama without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be
unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full
force and effect.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will PC-FIX.US, their employees, or
consultants be liable to you for any indirect, general, incidental,
consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind including
without limitation, those resulting from negligent or criminal acts
of third parties, loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits or
computer hardware or software damage in connection with the services
provided by PC-FIX.US. Nor shall their owners, employees, or
consultants be liable in any manner to you for services rendered or
information provided pursuant to this agreement, rather your sole
and exclusive remedy shall be the refund of fees actually paid by
you to PC-FIX.US for any instance or use of the services that gives
rise to a claim. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold PC-FIX.US
and its officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers
and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims,
liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees)
incurred by PC-FIX.US in connection with any use or alleged use of
PC-FIX.US and its products or services. To the extent that any
question, comment, suggestion, recommendation, or answer refers to
any product, manufacturer, distributor, company, service or service
provider, PC-FIX.US expressly disclaims any association with,
endorsement of or liability for any such product, manufacturer,
distributor, company, service or service provider.
Acceptance of the Services
You are deemed to have accepted this Agreement upon the earlier of: (a)
your submission of an online or telephone request for service; (b)
your accepting the Terms of service electronically during
registration or in the course of initiating a support session
whether online or by telephone; or (c) your use of the service. This
Agreement is made up of the terms below and where other policies and
materials specifically referred to in these Terms of service, all of
which are incorporated herein by reference. The agreement sets forth
the terms and conditions under which you agree to use the service,
and under which PC-FIX, and / or its authorized service provider(s),
agrees to provide the service to you.
Computer Holding
If the signed up customer does not pay within 3 weeks, PC-FIX.US reserves the right to charge a storage fee. After the 3 week period PC-FIX.US has your computer, PC-FIX.US will charge $10.00 per day the computer is stored. PC-FIX.US reserves the right to hold signed persons computer until service is paid for.
Definition of Service
For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Service" shall mean the PC-FIX
Computer Help service, including all technical support, email and
other features, products and services provided by PC-FIX, and / or
its authorized service provider(s) under the service option that you
have selected. The service may be referred to as, "In-Shop",
"In-Office" or "In-Home", "Drop-Off Computer Support" or "PC-FIX
Computer Help".
Pricing and Payment
PC-FIX fees and charges for the service(s) you select are supplied
to you during the ordering process and are available on the PC-FIX
web site unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement. You agree
to pay the charges applicable to your selected service plan, as well
as any, applicable taxes and other charges including but not limited
to minimum service fees, no-show fees, fail to cancel fees,
termination fees, other nonrecurring charges and set-up fees. You
also agree to pay any additional charges or fees applied to your
account for any reason, including but not limited to, interest, and
charges due to insufficient credit or insufficient funds. The waiver
of any fees or charges lies solely at the discretion of PC-FIX. You
have the option to change your service(s) at any time by notifying
us, provided that you qualify for and comply with any requirements
of the changed service.
Missed Appointments
PC-FIX, nor the person(s) supporting or repairing your computer are NOT liable for PC repairs, or hardware failure!!
If you do not contact PC-FIX a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your
appointment to cancel or otherwise reschedule your appointment, you
will be charged, at PC-FIX's option, a missed appointment fee.
Service Without Resolution
As part of our 100% Satisfaction, you will receive a full if not partial refund if your computer problem wasn't not solved.
Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button
icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations,
and software, is the property of PC-FIX.US or its content suppliers
and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The
compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of
PC-FIX.US and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
All software used or referenced on this site is the sole property of
PC-FIX.US or its software suppliers and protected by United States
and international copyright laws.
Onsite Services
In the event PC-FIX.US delivery of the Services is delayed, prevented,
or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any acts of God, fires,
floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes; national
emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer
"hacking" attack or computer virus; any law, order, regulation or
other action of any governing authority; power outages, technical
equipment failures, or any other cause beyond PC-FIX.US reasonable
control, then PC-FIX.US shall be excused from such delivery to the
extent that it is delayed or prevented by such cause.
Privacy Policy
Except as set forth herein, PC-FIX.US will not disclose any User
Information it gathers from you to any company,person,or breathing or mechanical thing.
In the following circumstances PC-FIX.US may release User
Information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is
reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with the law, (ii) to enforce or
apply our Terms and Conditions and (iii) to protect the rights,
property or safety of PC-FIX.US, their employees, consultants, or
others. We may also provide User Information to our vendors,
suppliers, agents and subcontractors ("Vendors") where it is
necessary in order for such Vendors to (1) provide us with products
and services related to our Website or (2) provide you with a
service or product requested by You.
The security of your User Information is very important to us. We will
use reasonable security measures to protect the User Information.
Despite these security measures, PC-FIX.US does not represent or
warrant that User Information will be protected against loss, misuse
or alteration. PC-FIX.US additionally may collect information about
